Acquired in 2009, this modern farm was the first property to become part of the IDEALDRINKS heritage.

Located in São Lourenço do Bairro, Anadia, in the heart of Bairrada, a wine-growing area par excellence, it is a property with clay-limestone soils and 80 hectares of vineyards that stretch out among the gentle hills characteristic of the region, and it is to this that it owes its name.

The vineyard, which has been completely remodelled and replanted with several national and international varieties - Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Arinto - allows for the production of a wide and diverse variety of wines, including red, rosé, white and sparkling.

Eye : With purplish hues.

Nose : The wine exhales aromas of ripe black fruits intermingled with light notes of spices, giving it excellent complexity.

Palate : This is a fleshy, voluminous, long wine with fine, smooth tannins. A wine with great ageing potential.
