Reserva Field Blend 2020

Quinta do Vallado is one of the oldest and most renowned estates in the Douro Valley, Portugal. Founded in 1716, it has remained in the Ferreira family’s hands for seven generations. The estate enjoys a privileged location along the Douro River, with schist soils and an ideal microclimate for viticulture.

Appearance: Deep red color with violet highlights, clear and bright.

Nose: Concentrated aromas of fig, blackberry, with balsamic oak notes and hints of tobacco.

Palate: Full-bodied wine with firm, ripe, and silky tannins. Mineral notes and an elegant, persistent, and complex finish.

Food pairings: Pairs perfectly with red meats, roast lamb, or aged cheeses.
