Rhum Plantation Sealander

Plantation Rum Sealander is a blend of rums made by Ferrand. For the past 25 years, Plantation has been crossing the oceans and selecting rums from around the world to offer quality bottlings. To mark this anniversary, they have selected casks from 3 origins. The rums are made from molasses and pure cane juice, and have been distilled in columns and pot stills after fermentations ranging from 3 days to 3 weeks. Each rum was aged in bourbon casks in the tropics before being blended in Cognac.to give this rum the benefit of the Plantation teams' expertise in double ageing, this blend was matured for a year in ex-Ferrand cognac casks.
