Sharish Laurinius - Gin

The second edition of Sharish Laurinius Gin is a limited edition of 7,117 bottles, aged for 1 year in wine brandy barrels from Lourinhã, one of only three demarcated regions in the world for water- wine brandy (such as Cognac and Armagnac).

The idea for the 1st edition was born during a visit by the managers of Aguardente Louriana XO, Paulo Marcelino and João Brito, to the Sharish Gin distillery. The idea was quickly welcomed by António Cuco and it was agreed that it would be a version of the Sharish Gin Original, in which La Pomme Bravo de Esmolfe would be replaced by La Poire "Pêra rocha do Oeste" and a additional botanical plant added, the bay leaf, in honor of Lourinha.

Botanicals: Juniper, lemon verbena, Alentejo orange and lemon peels, coriander seeds, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, “Pêra Rocha do Oeste” pear and bay leaf.
