After the success of the 2014 and 2015 Editions, we decided to distill a new version of Gin that celebrates the most Portuguese of Pears – Pêra Rocha do Oeste DOP.

In this limited Edition the following were used as botanicals: Juniper, coriander seed, rock pear, orange peel, tangerine peel and Alentejo lemon, lemon balm, tangerine leaf, lavender, elderflower, clove, Germanic iris, licorice, angelica root, laurel seed and almond Alentejo.

From the 2021 harvest, 9999 bottles were produced.
