Lux Vitis was born from their valuable experience, forged over many years of careful and respectful observation of nature. It all started with the planting of a Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in Montalcino in 2004, on a soil mainly composed of sand.

Over the years, the evolution of these vines has captivated their attention with the exceptional quality of their grapes, pushing them to create a rare wine, which would be a faithful reflection of the Luce estate's terroir through the Cabernet Sauvignon. To add an extra dimension to this wine, a small amount of sangiovese was incorporated into these grapes. Then, a long maturation process of 24 months in new French oak barrels helped to enhance its elegance.

The 2019 vintage of Lux Vitis reveals a deep ruby color.

The nose impresses with its great complexity: aromas of red and black fruits intermingle harmoniously, accompanied by delicate nuances of vanilla, dried flowers and aromatic Mediterranean herbs.

On the palate, the wine is vibrant, with powerful and silky tannins, rich and elegant, which confer a remarkable vivacity and a very long gustatory persistence.

This year's Lux Vitis is a wine of great longevity.
