Tasting
Eye : The colour is luminous, with attractive pink reflections.
Nose : The nose is generous and fine, with aromas of fresh red fruit dominating at first (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), then evolving towards notes of dried fruit and biscuit, and pastries: almond, apricot, brioche.
Palate : The attack is fresh, then gives way to a fruity harmony. The wine is balanced in the purest house style, which places it in the family of rosés marked by elegance and breed. The magic works: the wine is greedy, full-bodied, and can be enjoyed like a delicacy. Delicious in its youth, "on the fruit", it expresses itself marvellously as an aperitif: to be shared with friends or as a tête-à-tête
