Whisky Dalmore 15 Ans

The Dalmore distillery has carefully controlled all the parameters that can influence the maturity of its whisky in order to achieve a perfectly structured, rich and gourmet expression: the weather, the different types of casks, the various sizes and the conditions of the warehouses. This Dalmore was aged for 12 years in American white oak bourbon casks before being split into three types of sherry casks - Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso - specially selected from Jerez de la Frontera for a further 3 years. It is then married in an upright sherry cask where its aromas and flavours are infused.

The fragrance of the sherry casks provides the perfect balance between spirit, wood and maturity. The result is a Single Malt of rare elegance, with a rich aroma and perfect balance.
