Description

Billy Walker's latest creation, GlenAllachie's Master Blender, a blend of single malts from the Highland, Speyside and Islay regions, was selected and matured alongside GlenAllachie's own productions in sherry, wine and virgin oak casks in search of the perfect balance between peat and rich, fruity character.

Tasting

On the nose, the smoke gives way to notes of honey, heather, ginger and vanilla, while the palate is marked by dark chocolate, citrus fruits and a peaty/spicy finish.
