Description

The third wine in the Calon Ségur family boasts a fresh, fruity character, geared towards immediate pleasure. Formerly known as La Chapelle de Calon, then Le Saint-Estèphe de Calon Ségur, it has been rebranded as Le C de Calon Ségur since the 2019 vintage. C as in the third letter of the alphabet, for the estate's third wine; C as in Cœur, the symbol of the Marquis de Ségur's love for the estate and the distinctive sign that makes our bottles so unique; C as in Calon, quite simply.

Tasting

Nose: Fruit-focused.

Palate: Well-balanced, with plenty of mouthfeel and velvety, mellow tannins that exude freshness without neglecting finesse.
