Cognac Delamain Pale & Dry XO

In 1920, Jacques and Robert Delamain created Pale & Dry. It is made exclusively from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, Cognac's premier cru. It is matured in used oak barrels in an ancestral cellar, meticulously blended and slowly reduced to 42%, in keeping with the house tradition.

As Delamain does not produce VS and VSOP cognacs out of conviction, it is the XO Pale & Dry that defines the house style, known for its floral notes and elegance. 

The bouquet of Delamains Pale & Dry is intense, with fragrant notes of apricot, citrus fruit and vanilla. On the palate, this cognac is light and delicate. The fruit flavours develop with inimitable length and elegance.
