Blend of Semillon and Sauvignon. Sweet wine made by cryo-extraction (freezing the harvest and pressing at -8°c). Fruity nose with lemony aromas. The Douceur d'Automne reveals ripe fruit aromas and its sweetness-alcohol balance is supported on the finish by a good liveliness.
Tasting
The Douceur d'Automne can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, it goes wonderfully well with foie gras and will delight the palate of lovers of sweetness by accompanying good Swiss chocolates
