Chardonnay 2024

The Domaine des Bossons, located in Peissy in the municipality of Satigny, is a family-run estate founded in 1905 by Albert Desbaillet. Today, the fourth generation, led by Laure Leyvraz, carries on the tradition. The estate spans 29 hectares and cultivates 18 different grape varieties. It was a pioneer in organic viticulture in Switzerland from 1995 to 2006 and continues to prioritize environmentally friendly practices. The Chardonnay from Domaine des Bossons is a rich, citrusy white wine that is powerful and well-balanced, pairing beautifully with sea fish, mushrooms, and soft cheeses.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow color with golden highlights.

Nose: Intense citrus aromas, especially lemon and grapefruit, with subtle floral notes.

Palate: Full-bodied, powerful and balanced, with refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.

Food pairings: Ideal with sea fish, mushrooms, and soft cheeses.

Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.
