Pinot blanc 2023

The Domaine du Clos des Pins, located in Dardagny in the canton of Geneva, is a family-owned estate run by Marc Ramu, a winemaker and cellar master. The Ramu family has been linked to this estate since 1321, carrying on a centuries-old winemaking tradition. The vineyard covers approximately 9 hectares, carefully cultivated to produce wines that reflect the richness of Geneva’s terroir. The Pinot Blanc, grown at the "Les Pins" plot, is a refined expression of their craft, offering a subtle and generously structured white wine.

Appearance: Pale yellow robe with bright golden reflections.

Nose: Elegant aromas marked by notes of almond.

Palate: Long and opulent, with a beautiful structure.

Food pairing: Perfect with grilled fish, white meats, and soft cheeses.
