Appearance : An intense garnet red colour. 

Aroma :a great aromatic complexity with prominent components of ripe red and black fruit (blackberries, raspberries and black plums), as well as spicy and balsamic (black pepper, mint and tobacco) notes.

Palate : Dense, with structured tannins of great quality, a balanced acidity and an intense, long and complex finish.

Service : This wine is ready to consume, although it will evolve very well over time and heighten its quality. Once opened, drink immediately.

Food Pairings : The structure, acidity and complexity of this wine make it an excellent accompaniment to meat dishes, or sophisticated cuisine.
