A gourmet treat; an artistic expression of Syrah

Terroir : Granitic terraced slopes and alluvial soils of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed and vinified under controlled temperature. The wine is then during 9 months in tank to preserve its freshness and fruits.

Color : Beautiful cherry colour with hints of violet.

Nose : Small fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, with notes of pepper.

Palate : Strong yet silky approach with supple tannins, and beautiful, long finish with hints of spices and violet.

Service :  at 17°-18°C/62⁰F-64⁰F. Lovely with pork and chanterelle mushrooms, or pigeon casserole.
