A balance of terroirs

Terroir : An unusual blend of Syrah from the Northern Rhône and Grenache from the Southern Rhône.

Vinification : The grapes are hand-picked and transported in small bins. They are then de-stemmed and lightly crushed before being vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
The wine is aged for 9 months, 25% in 1 to 4 year old oak barrels.

Color : Intense and bright purple colour.

Nose : Harmonious notes of liquorice, ripe fruits, and a touch of mint.

Palette : Distinct softness, beautiful balance with supple and elegant tannins.

Service : slightly chilled to 15°C-16°C/59⁰F-61⁰F. Impeccable with duck carpaccio or veal osso bucco.
