Pinot Nero Revei 2021

"Pinot Noir Revei, in patois "clock", is linked to the history of the medieval tower that dominates our Aymavilles vineyard. The tower was the home of a hermit watchmaker who, through his craft, took us back to the theme of time and its value, in nature and for man. Time plays a fundamental role in his creations, from maturation to refinement. Here, time is extended to obtain, from grapes brought to optimum maturity, the best expressive potential of mountain Pinot Noir, skilfully matured in French wood and which, once bottled, still rests in our cellars".

Eye: Bright, ruby-red.

Nose: fruity (undergrowth, ripe red fruit) with hints of cocoa.

Palate: tasty, pleasantly acidic, with a fine structure and velvety tannins. Palate: smooth and balanced. Long finish.
