Description
The alcohol-based Mad Melosa liqueur is obtained by macération d'arbousier with addition of natural milk and unique use of natural products without artificial conservateur in production.
Tasting
Melosa is one of those liqueurs so typical of the Algarve, made from arbutus brandy blended with honey. Melosa is a natural extension of Medronho brandy, perfectly combining the strength of the brandy with the sweetness of the region's honey, usually almost black eucalyptus honey, which is itself a very strong honey with a very sweet and sour taste.
