Eye: Light golden yellow with platinum-grey highlights.

Nose: A complex, concentrated bouquet with notes of orange blossom, pear, peach, mirabelle plum and apricot, with a hint of cinnamon, ginger and white pepper.

Palate: Perfectly balanced, delicate and varied, with aromas of fruit, pear, peach, mirabelle plum, apricot, and spices, cinnamon, ginger. Long, smooth finish. Harvested and processed exclusively by hand. Aged in steel vats, without malolactic fermentation.
