Réserve Mont-Redon 2024

Château Mont-Redon is located in Roquemaure, on the right bank of the Rhône River. This historic estate is managed by the Abeille and Fabre families, who are dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the authenticity and richness of the Rhône Valley terroir. For several generations, the estate has been committed to producing elegant wines that showcase the region’s character.

Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights, clear and bright.

Nose: Complex aromas combining white peach, acacia flowers, honeysuckle, with hints of apricot and honey.

Palate: Fresh and round attack, offering generous volume and balance, with lively acidity and delicate minerality. The finish is persistent and harmonious.

Food pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs well with summer salads, grilled fish, or soft cheeses.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
