Description
The distillery's founder, DON JULIO González, is regarded as the reformer of tequila. At first, he only produced his tequila for domestic use and for friends. He perfected agave cultivation and artisanal cooking methods, creating one of the finest tequilas of all time. Word spread quickly and DON JULIO set up his own distillery and began offering the product for sale.
Tasting
Fresh nose with notes of agave, lime and grapefruit, clean palate with lovely fruity sweetness. Spicy herbal finish.
