Gin Mermaid
Gin
70cl- Unit
Description
With its sparkling blue bottle resembling scales, Mermaid gin, created in 2014 on the Isle of Wight by Xavier Baker and Conrad Gauntlett, is as appealing for its design as for its eco-friendly composition. Made from local ingredients such as sea fennel, juniper berries and elderflowers, it uses spring water from the island to soften the alcohol. Its spicy, lemony and subtly salty taste is a perfect match for Indian Tonic Water. Even the bottle reflects the distillery's commitment to the environment, being made from recycled and compostable materials.
