Description
Barbancourt Cinq Étoiles is a column-distilled rum made from pure cane juice. The sugar cane of the Madame Mevs variety comes from Haiti, in the Cul-de-Sac plain on the border with the Dominican Republic. It is double distilled and then aged for 8 years in Limousin oak barrels. The cuvée has developed the remarkable aromatic bouquet and balance for which it is internationally renowned.
